Meet Your Provider!
Ericka Latham, MA, LPC, LMHC, NCC
Hi there, I'm Ericka! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in the beautiful state of Colorado. I also hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington, where I offer virtual services to clients in that state. I earned a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University. I’m passionate about helping adults of all ages navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or just the stress that comes with life’s big transitions, I’m here to support you.
One of the things I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I specialize in helping people embrace their emotions, instead of avoiding or pushing them away. Together, we’ll work on accepting those feelings as part of your experience, which can make a huge difference in how you move through life.
I’m also proud to support the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring everyone I work with feels accepted and valued for who they are. Additionally, I recognize the unique experiences and challenges faced by individuals in the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. It is important to me to create an affirming, culturally sensitive space where everyone feels understood, supported, and empowered. No matter your background, I strive to meet you where you are, with the respect and care you deserve.
In therapy, I take a holistic approach. This means I might suggest different tools, resources, or treatments that could be helpful in your healing process. My goal is to give you the support you need—both in and outside of our sessions—so you can thrive.
I’ve called Colorado Springs home since 2017, where I live with my partner, dog, and cat. Outside of sessions, I’m an avid rock climber, camper, and distance runner. There’s something about being outdoors and pushing myself physically that keeps me grounded and connected. I love exploring Colorado’s natural beauty, whether climbing a new route or running on a trail I find that these activities help me recharge so I can show up fully for my clients.
If you’re ready to start a new chapter and explore what’s possible for your future, I’d be honored to walk with you on that path. Let’s take the next step together and create a plan that fits your needs.
