I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Colorado and also hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington for virtual services. With a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University, I’m dedicated to helping adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and person-centered therapy.
